Composite Performance Disclosure

All Season Financial Advisors composite performance results reflect time-weighted rates of returns of a composite of actual portfolios which have traded equities based upon All Season Financial Advisors’ proprietary trading strategies. Whenever possible, we attempt to use accounts with no additions or withdrawals. In some cases, we rely on only 2 or 3 actual accounts for the calculation of the composite return. Performance results reflect the reinvestment of dividends and other earnings as well as the deduction of management and transaction fees. Management fees range between 1.0 and 2.0% of assets depending on the size of the account and are calculated quarterly based on the market value balance at the beginning of the quarter.

Past performance may not be indicative of future results and the performance of a specific individual account may vary substantially from the composite performance. Therefore, no current or prospective client should assume that future performance will be profitable or equal the composite performance results reflected herein. In calculating account performance, All Season Financial Advisors has relied upon information provided by various sources, primarily the account’s custodian(s).

Different types off investments involve varying degrees of risk, and there can be no assurance than any specific investment will be profitable. All Season Financial Advisors’ investment strategies may involve above-average portfolio turnover, which could negatively impact the next after-tax gain experienced by an individual client.

Past performance may not be indicative of future results. Therefore, no current or prospective client should assume that future performance will be profitable, or equal either the All Seasons performance results reflected or any corresponding historical index. The S&P 500 Composite Index (the "S&P") is a market capitalization-weighted index of 500 widely held stocks often used as a proxy for the stock market. Standard & Poor's chooses the member companies for the S&P based on market size, liquidity, and industry group representation. Included are the common stocks of industrial, financial, utility, and transportation companies. The historical performance results of the S&P (and those of all other indices) do not reflect the deduction of transaction and custodial charges, nor the deduction of an investment management fee, the incurrence of which would have the effect of decreasing indicated historical performance results. The historical S&P performance results (and those of all other indices) are provided exclusively for comparison purposes only, so as to provide general comparative information to assist an individual client or prospective client in determining whether the performance of an All Seasons portfolio performance meets, or continues to meet, his/her investment objective(s). It should not be assumed that All Seasons account holdings will correspond directly to the S&P or any other comparative index. The All Seasons performance results do not reflect the impact of taxes.
